Plans & billing
Both. A free workspace needs no card: connect up to 3 channels, write posts, and plan them as dated drafts. Publishing needs a card, and adding one starts a 14-day trial on any paid plan — cancel inside the 14 days and you are not charged.
Yes, any time from your workspace settings. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades and cancellations apply at the end of the current billing period.
Each scheduled publish to a single connected account counts as one post. A multi-platform post that goes to LinkedIn, X, and Threads counts as three. Drafts are unlimited.
Each workspace has its own subscription. Hobby includes 1 workspace, Pro includes up to 3, and Business is unlimited. This is useful for agencies and freelancers who keep clients in separate spaces.
AI & automation
One AI Refine on a single platform costs 2 credits. A multi-platform refine costs (channels + 1) credits, since it is one LLM call producing a tailored variant for every channel you target.
Pick a platform you’re already winning on as a source and a channel you want to grow as a destination. Postonus mines your top posts, adapts each one for the destination, and drips drafts into your schedule for one-click review. Nothing publishes without your sign-off.
Mark a post as evergreen and attach a recycle rule (e.g. every 30 days, weekdays only). The post returns to the queue at the cadence you set, with calendar indicators so you can see what’s coming back.

17 right now: Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn (profile + page), Facebook, X (Twitter), Threads, Pinterest, Bluesky, Reddit, Google Business Profile, Discord, Telegram, WhatsApp, Snapchat, and Tumblr. New integrations land regularly.
X charges roughly $1 per 100 posts via their Basic API tier. We cap X usage per plan so the unit economics stay viable and pricing stays predictable. Other platforms are free or near-free to publish to, so their caps are generous.
You’re notified immediately in-app and by email. Failed posts surface in the queue with the platform’s error so you can fix and reschedule in one click. Retries are automatic for transient failures (rate limits, temporary platform outages).
Team & data
Yes. Invite members to a workspace as Owner, Admin, or Member. Roles control who can connect accounts, schedule posts, and manage billing. Pro supports up to 3 workspaces, Business is unlimited.
Yes. You own your content. Every post, draft, and media file is readable through the API and the CLI on any plan, so you can pull the lot down with a script whenever you want, and you can disconnect any social account from your settings. There is no one-click CSV export button yet — that is on us to build. We don’t hold your accounts hostage if you decide to leave.
All integrations use the platforms’ official OAuth. We never see or store your social passwords. Tokens are encrypted at rest and scoped to the minimum permissions needed to publish on your behalf.
