Priced by how much you publish. Not by how many people log in.

Three paid plans and a free workspace. Seats are unlimited on every tier, because charging per teammate punishes you for the thing that makes a scheduler worth having. What you pay for is connected channels, published volume, and storage.

Three things are metered, because their cost or scale varies a lot. Everything else is yours to use.

X (Twitter)

Metered per plan

X charges roughly $1 per 100 posts via their Basic API. We cap X usage per tier so pricing stays honest and predictable.

AI Assistant

Credits = channels + 1

One refine on a single platform costs 2 credits. Multi-platform variants cost (channels + 1), so you only pay for the work.

Media storage

Per workspace, monthly

Storage allowance is counted per workspace and resets monthly. Upgrade any time without re-uploading existing media.

The same limits the product enforces.

Every number below is read from the plan configuration the app checks quotas against, so this table cannot promise an allowance your workspace will not get.

Questions

Pricing questions Everything the first evaluation usually needs.

What can I do without paying?

Connect up to 3 channels, write posts, attach media, and put dated drafts on the calendar. What a free workspace cannot do is schedule or publish — adding a card is what turns a draft into something that goes out.

How does the 14-day trial work?

Adding a card starts a 14-day trial on the plan you pick. Nothing is charged until day 15, and the drafts you already wrote on the free workspace are waiting on the calendar when scheduling switches on.

Is annual billing cheaper?

Yes. Annual is billed once for twelve months and works out lower than paying monthly on every tier. The toggle above shows the monthly-equivalent price and the exact yearly saving per plan.

Can I change or cancel my plan?

Any time, from billing settings. Cancelling leaves the workspace read-only rather than deleting it: your posts, media, and history stay, and scheduling resumes if you subscribe again.

Why does X (Twitter) have its own cap?

Because X charges roughly $1 per 100 posts through its Basic API, and that cost is real per post. Capping X per tier keeps the price honest instead of pricing every plan as if everyone posts to X constantly.

Do I pay per team member?

No. Plans are priced per subscription, not per seat. What moves you up a tier is how many channels you connect, how much you publish, and how many workspaces you own.

Is API access an add-on?

No. The API, the CLI, and the MCP server are on every plan including free workspaces. The only difference between tiers is the request rate — see the comparison table above.

What if a plan turns out to be wrong for me?

Email support@postonus.com. The trial exists so you can find that out before being charged, and we would rather move you to the right tier than keep you on one that does not fit.

What if I'm already on Buffer / Pallyy / Publer?

Keep them. Run Postonus side-by-side for 30 days. Put your 3 best posts into a Growth Workflow. If it isn't earning its keep, cancel us — not them.

Does the AI write my posts?

No. You write the post. Postonus's AI re-fits your draft into each platform's native shape — character limits, tone, hashtag norms. You review every variant before it publishes. Voice profile keeps it sounding like you.

Which platforms do you support?

Fourteen: Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, Threads, Pinterest, Bluesky, Reddit, Telegram, Discord, Google Business Profile, and Tumblr. WhatsApp Groups support is in beta.

How does the free workspace and the 14-day trial work?

Sign up with no card and you get a free workspace: up to 3 connected channels, unlimited writing, and dated drafts on the calendar. Scheduling and publishing need a card. Adding one starts a 14-day trial on the plan you pick — nothing is charged until day 15, and your drafts are already there waiting.

Can I import from another tool?

Yes. Bulk CSV import handles up to 50 posts per file (multiple files OK). Direct-from-Buffer import is on the Q4 roadmap.

What happens if a post fails to publish?

Workers retry with exponential backoff. Failures show up in the Activity Feed with one-click retry. We email you only for unrecoverable failures (e.g. revoked token).
